PHOBIA GLOSSOPHOBIA
Fear of a situation, Fear of public speaking,
place or object Fear of tongue.
Glossophobia can be treated with the combination of hard as well as smart work.

Focus on your strengths & weaknesses.
Try to recollect and reduce your weaknesses.
Stop scaring yourself with thoughts about what might go wrong. Instead, focus on thoughts and images that are calming.
Refuse to think thoughts that create self doubt and low confidence.
Are you good at communication, if yes “ no issues”.

Utilise the resources of social media sites.
Participate in Jam Sessions.
Start social gathering.
Interact with the employees of the corporate world.
Gather a group of students whom you’re close with.
Start practising with them.
Find some friendly faces in the audience. Focus on them throughout the time.

Keep your mind in a balanced state.
Practice ways to calm and relax your mind and body such as deep breath and relaxation exercises.
Exercise, eat well, and practice other healthful lifestyle habits.
