PHOBIA GLOSSOPHOBIA

Fear of a situation, Fear of public speaking,

place or object Fear of tongue.

Glossophobia can be treated with the combination of hard as well as smart work.

  • Focus on your strengths & weaknesses.

  • Try to recollect and reduce your weaknesses.

  • Stop scaring yourself with thoughts about what might go wrong. Instead, focus on thoughts and images that are calming.

  • Refuse to think thoughts that create self doubt and low confidence.

  • Are you good at communication, if yes “ no issues”.

  • Else join any coaching classes or else you can work on yourself at home by watching learn english lab videos @ youtube.

  • Utilise the resources of social media sites.

  • Participate in Jam Sessions.

  • Start social gathering.

  • Interact with the employees of the corporate world.

  • Gather a group of students whom you’re close with.

  • Start practising with them.

  • Find some friendly faces in the audience. Focus on them throughout the time.

  • Do not panic.

  • Keep your mind in a balanced state.

  • Practice ways to calm and relax your mind and body such as deep breath and relaxation exercises.

  • Exercise, eat well, and practice other healthful lifestyle habits.

  • Practice often you’re comfortable with the presentation.Don’t wait until you get a chance, create one to present yourself in front of this corporate world.

  • Compete with colleagues.

  • Competition leads us in improvement.

  • Build in such guts that you have to do it, you can do it & you will do it.

  • Maintain “Attitude “. (In positive way).

  • Visualise your success.

  • Your perception towards a situation has to be ohh that’s it, not a big deal.

  • Don’t disclose your self as of you’re feeling nervous.

  • Mistakes has to be taken in a positive way whereby you can learn from it.

  • Instead of thinking “you can’t make a mistake, don’t make them realise you made one”.

  • Start creativity, innovation, uniqueness.

  • Change your psychology.

  • Change the way you pursue your perception.

  • Work on personality development.

  • Make connections with your audience: smile and greet people, thinking of them as friends rather than of enemies.

  • this is the cheapest method can be utilized by middle and lower class individuals.
